另一味冬至汤圆
离乡在外工作多年,想起也有好几年没会家过节了.
我是客家人,所以自小在家婆婆多数煮咸味汤圆的.婆婆煮
的咸汤圆有加入菜脯条,肉片和姜片.我也依照婆婆的方式
来煮就只把材料改了.先烧热适量麻油,爆香蒜泥和姜片,
放入鸡肉块,木耳丝和冬菇丝炒香,再加入适量清水煮滚,
鸡肉熟透才加入汤圆.
今年的冬至,婆婆已逝世一年了,吃着这碗咸汤圆也让我
忆起了婆婆.

Salty 'tong yuen'! I've never try this before. Looks really attractive though.... special flavour.
