一年复始

新年就在一片喧哗中过去了. 明天是我到回工作岗位的开始.坦白
说我的身体里还有懒虫在蠕动着.

回家乡过年的这几天,真的没有饿的感觉.每天三餐都很丰盛外,新
年小吃也让我欲罢不能.

这是我们家除夕夜的团圆饭


我们家祖传在农历年初一这一整天都是禁荤的,所以这两道斋菜和
汤都是每年新年不能缺少的.




母亲和弟弟制作的年糕,也是我爱吃.


大年初二是开年日.又是大鱼大肉的一天.

    好丰盛的一整桌子的菜，让我想起小时候的新年。那个皮黄黄的鸡很吸引人。

    Happy Chinese New Year to you & your family, Chin! 恭喜恭喜！Wow, what a feast! I love the look of that chicken...sooo yellowish. Meaning that the chicken is very healthy and nicely breed. This is definitely a kampung style new year... just like my in-laws' place. :o) Enjoy & have a great time.

    Angel:白切鸡是我每次回家母亲都会准备的菜肴，不过今年的团圆饭和开年饭全都是肉； 所以我看到鸡肉都怕了也不大敢吃。

    Kristy : Gong Xi, Gong Xi!!Definitely this is a kampung style new year and the chicken weight 7kg, me and my family only can finish the whole chicken in 4-5 times.
