i love this soup too...the beans are good for eyesight, i heard...
原来需要把排骨用热水给烫过,然后再用清水清洗?其实是有什么特别原因吗?

Horlic:谢谢你的到访.其实排骨在用热水川烫时, 热水表面和排骨外层会有一种浅灰色的泡沫和胶质出现,我也不懂这叫什么.排骨经川烫后在用清水洗干净,熬出来的汤水会比较清和干净.这是从我母亲身上学来的.
