Steam Chicken with Chinese Sausage (蒸腊肠鸡)


之前为了赶月饼订单制作,差不多有两个星期没动手做饭了.每天
下班回家,晚餐都是草草解决.

这一道腊肠蒸鸡的味道满清淡的.蒸出来的鸡汁很清甜.可惜在马
来西亚买不到中国进口的腊肠,所以总觉得味道还是差那么一点.

两只 大鸡腿,斩块
两条 腊肠,切薄片
2 tbsp 炸葱

腌料:

2 tsp 粟粉
1 tbsp 生抽
适量盐和胡椒粉
1 tbsp 绍兴酒

1. 鸡肉加入腌料腌十五分至半小时.
2. 把腌好的鸡肉排在蒸盘上,再铺上腊肠片和洒上炸葱.
3. 把蒸盘放入已煮热滚水的锅内,一大火蒸30-35分钟.

*鸡肉蒸熟后,会有腊肠油浮在汤汁表层,可以将之去掉.

  1. Sometime, I also cook this at home. But I added some deep fried salted fish in it.
