番茄鸡翼 (Braised Chiken Wings With Tomato)

这是极简单的一道菜.有时头脑想不到要煮什么和是时间紧迫,这道
菜肴还是不错的选择.

材料:

500 - 600克 鸡翼, 切小块
5片 姜
3粒 番茄,切块
1大匙 蒜泥


腌料:
1/2 小匙 盐
1大匙 粟米粉
1/2匙 生抽


调味料:(混合拌均)
3大匙 番茄酱
1大匙 辣椒酱
1小匙 糖
适量盐
1 1/2 杯 水

做法:

1. 鸡翼加入腌料拌均,腌至30分钟.
2.烧热适量油, 放入鸡翼煎至金黄色.
3. 将有多余的油盛起,放入蒜泥爆香.
4. 加入番茄块炒均.
5. 加入调味料拌均及煮滚.再转小火焖约 10-12分及至汁浓稠即可.

5 slices ginger

tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon chopped garlic


Marinade:
1 / 2 tsp salt
1 tbsp corn flour
1 / 2 teaspoon soy sauce


Seasoning: (mix well)
3 tablespoons tomato paste
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 tsp sugar
Salt
1 1 / 2 cup water

Method:

1. Mix chicken wings with marinade, marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Heat some oil, pan-fry chicken wings until golden brown.
3. Pour away the excess oil, add chopped garlic and ginger sliced
stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add tomato pieces, stir well.
5. Add seasonings and to boil. Simmer for about 10-12 minutes under
low heat
.
