我的童年生活并没有所谓的童话和卡通。父母都是日出而作,日落
而息;家里除了哥哥和两个弟弟就只有我一个女生了。所以我的童
年世界有的就是上学,家务;放学后也是家务,而我可以认识的卡
通人物都是寥寥无几。
在开始了我的烘培蛋糕副业后,我发觉有时接到小孩的主题生日
蛋糕都会让我头痛一轮。因为我实在不懂得小孩们所谓的卡通世
界故事。不过这样也好,让我有机会多点了解和明白现今的孩童
们是生活在多么幸福又无尤无虑的童话世界里。
这一个 Super Mario 主题的杯子蛋糕是我在了解整个故事后再上网
搜索图片才做出来的。

焖面包果 (Braised Breadfruit)
面包果 (breadfruit) 又称树面包.它的外观呈圆形,它是少人问津的
果实却不是水果的一种.它即可用来沾上经过配制的粉料,过后放
进热锅内煎炸成俗称的"炸面包果"也可以用来做菜.
我老家的后院就栽种了几棵面包果树.有时遇到有果实成熟或老爸
来探访我们兄妹时,他老人家就会摘一些给我们做菜或是派街坊.
这一道焖面包果是老妈子有一次在听到我向她发牢骚说家里的面包
果太多了也不懂要怎么吃; 她就告诉我这一道烹煮方法.我就尝试煮
了出来,坦白说其味道真的还满好吃的.
材料:
半粒 面包果
350gm 五花肉
2 大匙 蒜泥
350ml 清水
调味料:
3块 南乳
适量 盐
1/2 tsp 糖
1/2 tsp 胡椒粉
做法:
1. 面包果洗净, 去皮和心后切块.
2. 五花肉洗净, 切块.
3. 锅里烧热炸油, 把面包果过油;取出后沥干油备用.
4. 锅里留2大匙油, 爆香蒜泥; 加入五花肉炒香.
5. 加入面包果和清水煮至滚.加入调味料.
6. 加盖以小火焖至熟软.
Ingredients:
1/2 breadfruit

2 tbsp chopped garlic
350gm water
Seasoning:
3 pcs red preserved bean curd
some salt
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
Method:
1. Rinse breadfruit, peel and cut into pieces.
2. Rinse pork belly and cut into pieces.
3. Heat up oil in wok, fry breadfruit for a while. Remove and drain.
4. Reserve 2 tbsp oil in wok, fry chopped garlic until fragrant.
5. Add in pork belly.
6. Add in breadfruit, water and seasoning bring to a boil.
7. Braise at low heat until soft and well cooked.

蚝油鸡翼 (Oyster Sauce Chicken Wing)
周末的晚餐.简单的材料,只花多点时间焖煮的一道菜.
材料:
10只 鸡翼
5片 姜片
1大匙 蒜泥
3棵 青葱,切段
2大匙 绍兴酒
200ml 清水
调味料:
3大匙 蚝油
1 1/2大匙 黑酱油
1/2大匙 糖
1小匙 麻油
做法:
1. 鸡翼洗净后沥干水,砍段.
2. 锅里烧热2大匙油, 炒香姜片和蒜泥.
3. 加入鸡翼拌炒一下至香.
4. 加入清水和调味料拌均煮沸,再改用小火焖煮至汁浓稠.
5. 最后下绍兴酒和青葱段,炒均即可.
Ingredients:

3 stalks green onion, cut into sectioned
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
200ml water
Seasoning:
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
Method:
1. Rinse the chicken wings, grain and cut into small pieces.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil in the wok, fragrant ginger slices and chopped
garlic.
3. Add in chicken wings, stir-fry until aromatic.
4. Add in water and seasoning.
5. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer until the sauce is
absorbed.
6. Lastly, sprinkle with Shaoxing wine and green onion.

煎酿茄子 (Stuffed Brinjal)
我一直都不爱吃茄子.因为煮熟后的茄子,放在嘴里软软的一团给我
有点恶心的感觉.虽然如此,我隔一段时间都会用茄子来做菜.
这道煎酿茄子是我从婆婆手中学来的.虽然在外面的餐馆都有卖,但
是我却不曾尝试过.在家煮,我就只会吃一份罢了.
材料:
(A):
3条 茄子
4大匙 油
2大匙 生抽
(B):
250gm 猪绞肉
100gm 鱼绞肉
30gm 青葱粒
1粒 蛋
调味料:
1/2小匙 盐
少许胡椒粉
1 1/2 小匙 粟粉
做法:
1. 将材料 (B)加入调味料, 混合搅拌至起胶, 备用.
2. 将茄子切段后把中间切开.
3. 把绞肉馅料酿入茄子中.
4. 锅里烧热油, 放入茄子煎熟.盛起滴干油.
5. 淋上生抽即可.
Ingredients:
(A):
3 Brinjals
4 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
(B):
250gm Minced meat
100gm Fish paste
30gm Chopped spring onion
1 Egg
Seasoning:
1 tsp Salt
Dash pf pepper
1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
Method:
1. Combine ingredients (B) with seasoning and stir until sticky. Leave aside.
2. Cut brinjal into sectioned and cut it in half.
3. Stuff the brinjals with (1). Repeat the same method until all the
ingredients are used up.
4. Heat up oil, fried stuffed brinjals till cooked and fragrant. Dish and drain.
5. Serve with soy sauce.

咸蛋枸杞汤 (Goji Soup with Salted Egg)
早几天在 Wendy 处看到了这道加了咸蛋的枸杞汤,觉得味道应该
很不错;所以昨天早上去采市场就买了鲜枸杞和咸蛋。我省略了枸
杞粒,因为家里没存货; 我也把熬汤的时间加长了。爆香后的江鱼
仔再熬成的汤真的很清甜,我就一连喝了两碗。真的很谢谢 Wendy
分享的食谱。
180gm 鲜枸杞叶,洗净
1 粒 咸蛋,把蛋黄切小粒后和蛋白拌均
1大匙 枸杞粒,加水泡软
1/3杯 江鱼仔,洗净,滴干水分
1小匙 油
1000ml 水
适量盐作调味
做法:
1。锅里烧热油爆香江鱼仔;加入清水煮滚后转小火再煮半小时。
2。把汤再煮滚后,边搅拌汤料边加入咸蛋以让咸蛋不会成团而能
煮成蛋花。
3。加入咸蛋后煮滚后就可试味了,如果不够咸可再下盐做调味。
(千万不要在加咸蛋前下盐调味,因为有时候不清楚咸蛋的咸味
有多重)
4。把枸杞粒和鲜枸杞叶,再煮滚即可。
180gm goji stalks
1 salted egg (break the egg into a bowl, cut the yolk into small
pieces, put the yolk back into the whites)
1 Tbsp wolfberries/goji berries, soaked
1/3 cup dried anchovies, rinsed
1 tsp oil
1L water
Salt to taste
1. Put anchovies into saucepan/wok and put in oil. Let it fry for
a while.
2. Put in water and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it
simmer for 30 minutes.
3. Bring stock to a boil, with a ladle in one hand and the salted
egg in another hand, pour the salted egg into the pot with the
other hand stirring so that the egg will not clump together.
4. Now, taste the soup. If it’s not salty enough, add in salt.
Do not season before the salted egg, because you won’t know
how salty the egg will be.
5. Put in goji berries. Then the goji leaves. Stir and bring back to
a boil.
6. Remove from heat and ladle into bowl to serve.

哆啦 A 梦来了!
连接做了两个哆啦 A 梦造型的蛋糕。
这个附加杯子蛋糕是 KL 母亲订购给他庆祝 2 岁生日的。KL 的一岁
生日蛋糕是 100 个杯子蛋糕,他母亲说今年没有大请客所以蛋糕不
需要太大份;在第二天 KL的母亲传讯息告诉我其实那蛋糕根本不够
吃,因为被大人抢著吃完了(嘻嘻,真的很臭美)。这个造型蛋糕是胡
萝卜蛋糕体,杯子蛋糕则是巧克力蛋糕。
这也是另一个胡萝卜造型蛋糕。一位姑姑为她八岁小侄女庆祝生日
而订购的。
