后思前想后,我的人生要追求的是什么?每每想到这点,我就告诉自己回到原点吧,以
另一种心情来让自己前面的日子过得更丰富.
我喜欢喝咖啡,所以选做了这款咖啡戚风.虽然用料普通,但是把咖啡酒加入到蛋糕中
,吃进嘴里却又有别一番风味.这味道,我喜欢.....
咖啡戚风蛋糕(食谱取自 Carol 老师)
A.蛋黄面糊
5个 蛋黄
20克 糖
30克 油
40克 牛奶
1 1/2 大匙 即溶咖啡粉
20毫升 Kahlua咖啡酒
100克 低粉
B. 蛋白霜
5个蛋白
1小匙 柠檬汁
60克 糖
做法:
1. 牛奶加热至 80'C左右, 加入即溶咖啡粉拌均,待凉.
2. 蛋黄加入糖拌均.
3. 加入已过筛低粉,牛奶咖啡和咖啡酒搅拌均匀.
4. 蛋白加柠檬汁搅拌至起粗泡沫,分次加入糖搅拌至硬.
5. 蛋白分三次加入蛋黄糊里.
6. 把面糊倒入 22cm 烤模,放入预热烤箱以 160'C 烤 1 小时.
7. 从烤箱拿出,倒扣待冷.
I love coffee chiffon cake. I don't drink coffee but this coffee chiffon has won my heart so much! I tried a similar version b4 using cream cheese & it tasted so soft & creamy! I bet that yours taste great becoz you have used kahlua! I've used kahlua once in making tiramisu but that was a very long time ago!
