Pineapple Chicken

Almost three weeks I didn't got enough time to prepared a good
dinner for myself.

This pineapple chicken is an appetite meal, because it comes
with some sweet and sour taste.

1/2 chicken, cut into pieces
3-4 slice peeled pineapple, cut into pieces
5 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp chopped garlic
some salt, sugar to taste

1 tbsp corn flour
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp water

1. Marinate the chicken with seasoning for 15 minuets.
2. Heat up 2 tbsp oil, add in chopped garlic and fried until fragrant.
3. Add in the marinated chicken.
4. Add in tomato, chili and oyster sauce; also salt and sugar; continue
stir fry until chicken meat is tender.
5. Add in pineapple pieces, stir fry until well mix.
6. Thicken with corn flour mixture.
