庆冬至,吃汤圆

这一段日子虽然很忙,在今天这一个冬大过年的日子, 我还
是一大早五点就爬起身搓出
一粒粒的甜汤圆.

我们家向来都没有在冬至吃汤圆的习俗,我也为了好玩和
应节才做的.我不曾试过调粉搓汤圆,之前为了贪方便只
是从菜市把汤圆粉团买回家再搓出一粒粒的小汤圆.



这一次我做了班兰和南瓜味的汤圆.从调粉到搓汤圆,再把
汤圆用滚水煮熟,滴干水后沾上花生碎和糖就可食用了.
美中不足的是,浓浓的睡意让我错手把糖的份量下多了,所
以味道可是甜死人不要命似的.
无论如何,我还是很享受制
作汤圆的过程和乐趣.

还差点忘了也在此祝大家"冬至快乐".
