我喜欢在懒得伤脑筋要煮什么医饱肚子时,随手把剩余的隔夜饭加入一些食材变出一道家庭
式炒饭。

这一次为自己做了一道不中不西的简易焗饭。饭里没有添加鲜奶油或牛奶,只在炒饭是
加入了适量的水以便焗饭出炉不会太干。
为了提味,我先把蒜泥爆香,倒入蛋液煎熟后再捣烂;加入已切粒的香肠,鲜虾肉,蘑菇
和适量黄梨炒均,加入隔夜饭,调味料后盛进烤盘。接着撒上 mozzarella cheese 送进
预热烤箱就搞定了。
几个切切洗洗的步骤,再加上冰箱里现有的食材;一顿懒人晚餐就解决了。
Recipe:
3 small bowls cold cooked rice
1tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp dried shrimp, soaked and chopped
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tbsp belacan granules
Seasoning:
2 tsp chilli boh1 tbsp light soy sauce
some salt and pepper
Garnishing:
Chopped spring onions and coriander leaves
Method:
1. Heat one to two tablespoons oil in a wok, pour in eggs and fry until properly
cooked.Dish out, chopped and put aside.
2. Add two more tablespoons of oil and saute ground ingredients till aromatic.
3. Add the rice and stir-fry well.Stir in seasoning and continue to stir-fry well.
4. Add in the scrambled eggs. Sprinkle rice, while stir-frying, with water;
this is to make the rice moist.
5. Add in garnishing, stir well and dish out.
