Steam Chicken

I like to cook this dish when I don't have any cooking idea in my
mind or I was lazy to prepare others stuff. This is a one-pot
meal. Mix all the ingredients together and steamed till cooked.

Here is the simple recipe to share:

half chicken, chopped into bite-sized,
1tbsp ginger juice,
1 small bowl of dried lily buds, trimmed & soaked with hot water,
1/2 soup bowl of black fungus, soaked & sliced,
4-5 dried chinese mushrooms, soaked & shredded,

Seasoning:
1tsp sesame oil
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tsp light soy sauce
2tbsp rice wine
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp pepper
2tbsp corn flour

Marinate chicken and others ingredients with seasoning into a
heatproof dish for about 1/2 hour. Steam over high heat for
about 20-25 minuets or until cook.
