Oreo 杯子蛋糕 (Oreo Cupcake)

Oreo饼干是之前买下的.一直都想到要做这口味的蛋糕,终于在这
个假期能如愿以偿了.

食谱我用了 dailydelicious 的. 依照食谱的份量,做了 14 个小蛋糕.
味道不会很甜. 这蛋糕放到第二天,更湿润更香牛油味,比较好吃.

因为冰箱还有剩下的奶油霜,所以我没依照食谱再另外准备鲜奶油霜.


食谱:

(A):过筛
150gm 蛋糕粉
1 1/2 小匙 发粉
1/8 小匙 盐
1/8 小匙 苏打粉

(B):
115gm 奶油, 室温
100gm 糖
2 蛋
25gm 动物性鲜奶油
4 块 Oreo饼干,切碎

奶油馅:
1杯 动物性鲜奶油
3大匙 糖粉
10块 Oreo饼干,压碎
迷你 Oreo饼干作装饰

做法:

1. 将奶油和糖搅拌至松发.
2. 搅拌机转至低速度, 加入鸡蛋; 一次一粒.
3. 加入一半的粉料, 拌均.
4. 加入鲜奶油,拌均.
5. 再把剩余的粉料加入, 拌均.
6. 拌入 Oreo饼干碎.
7. 把混合料掏入小纸杯至 3/4 满.
8. 放入预热烤箱以 170'C 烘 20-25 分钟或至熟. 拿出烤箱待冷.
9. 奶油馅: 奶油加入糖粉搅拌至送发, 加入饼干碎.
10. 将奶油馅挤在已冷却的蛋糕上,再用迷你饼干作装饰.


(A): sifted:-
150g Cake flour
1½ tsp baking powder
⅛ Tsp salt
⅛ Tsp baking soda

(B):
115g butter, at room temperature
100g sugar
2 eggs
25g whipping cream
4 finely chopped Oreo cookies

Frosting:

1 cup whipping cream
3 tbsp powdered sugar
10 finely or coarsely crushed Oreo cookies
Mini Oreo cookies


1. Cream butter and sugar light and airy.
2. Reduce mixing speed to low, add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
3. Gradually add half of the dry ingredients mix until smooth,
then add the whipping cream.
4. Add the rest of the dry ingredients and the chopped Oreos,
mixing until batter is smooth.
5. Fill the cupcake about two-thirds full.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cupcakes are springy to the
touch and a toothpick inserted in cupcake’s center comes out clean.
7. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack
8. To make the frosting, beat whipping cream and powdered sugar
until soft and creamy.
9. Add Oreo pieces.
10. Frost the top of each cupcake and decorate with mini Oreo.
