my mom n i love haw flakes (yummiexpress.freetzi.com/haw_flakes_index.htm)! when she was a kid she kept on eating hawflakes... and when she went for a pee, she was shocked cuz her urine was kinda red. haha.. she ate too much haw flakes!!

ReplyDeleteMaybe u can try putting the cake in a waterbath during the last few layers to avoid the base getting burnt.
If u cut the cake the next day, the haw flakes will be softer.:)

ReplyDelete我那天也是发现了这用全蛋的食谱,很想试做,可是还得三思,因为真的花很多时间。我家那小妞不能让她独处太久,不然会呱呱叫,所以真的要选个良辰吉日才可以动手。。呵呵~

The best is to leave it in a container or ziplock bag, and cut it the next day, cos the moisture from inside the cake will even out.
