牛蒡蔬菜湯 (Burdock Soup)

老實說我是第一次煮這道湯.身邊有位朋友一直都在我
面前提到她很常喝牛蒡湯,因為這湯可是很有營養的.
所以我趁有多時間就煮了這鍋湯;而且味道還不錯,滿
清甜的.


鮮牛蒡原貌


1支 鮮牛蒡
2支 紅蘿蔔
15 粒 紅棗
600gm 排骨
2500ml 清水

適量鹽做調味.

做法:

1. 將排骨洗淨,飛水后再沖洗干淨.
2. 胡蘿卜去皮,洗淨,切塊.
3. 牛蒡刮皮切小段.
4. 將清水煮滾后, 把全部材料加入; 繼續煮至水再滾后轉
小火煲約兩個小時.


1 stalk fresh burdock
2 carrot
15 red dates
600gm spare ribs
2500ml water
salt to taste

Method:

1. Rinse and scald spare ribs. Then rinse again.
2.Peel carrot and cut into pieces.
3. Peel burdock and cut into sectioned.
4.Bring water to boil over high heat, put in all ingredients and
cook over high heat until boiling. Then reduce to low heat and
cook for 2 hours.
5. Add in salt to taste.
