红过愤怒鸟的德国酥饼


我很喜欢这款饼干。家人和朋友尝过后都还想再吃,真的让人爱不释手。去年这饼干
从 Min's 到各个部落格风扉一时,今年又再卷土重来了。不过我今年还是做回原味
的,Min's 处有两款新口味,我会留待下一回再做。

饼干出炉后进罐,我竟然忘了要拍照来上帖子;没他法,只好用回去年拍的照片了。



德国酥饼 (Germany Butter Cookies)

[食谱出自 Min's]

250克 牛油
80克 糖粉
250克 马铃薯粉
100克 面粉


1. 把牛油和过筛的糖粉用搅拌机搅匀
2. 加入马铃薯粉, 面粉拌匀成面团
3. 将面团揉成小粒, 再用叉子稍微压扁
4. 放进预热170'C 的烤箱烤15-20 分钟
