Kuih Makmur

这一道饼干是依照Anna Phua的食谱做的.第一次做时粉团太湿
了,很难要包入花生馅料.第二次做时,我调整了蛋液的份量,粉团
的湿度刚刚好,花生馅料也容易包了.

  1. hi, thnx for yr comment on my blog :) yes, u can use tart mould or any small tin but do adjust the baking time. hope it turns out ok!
