Hi, about your question to replace with 红酒醋, that was my 1st time tried this chicken dish, am not sure whether or can be replaced with other type of vinegar. But i what think should be alright to replace since 红酒醋 is made by grapes. So you try using 红酒醋 and let me know the result after you tried ya...These cup cakes are beautiful done..
