奶油鱿鱼 (Creamy Spiced Squid)

之前在 Kristy 家看到这道菜时口水就猛流了. 后来到鱼巴刹去给我
买到了新鲜又大只的鱿鱼,就想起要煮这道奶油鱿鱼了.

这道菜即不难煮材料也不复杂,只是在加黄姜粉时我下手重了点但还
是不影响其味道.

食谱出自 : My Little Space

材料:
(A):
500 -600克 鱿鱼,洗净及切片
2 / 3汤匙 黄姜粉

(B):
2棵 香茅头,洗净切及捣烂
1 / 2汤 匙姜茸
1 / 2汤匙 蒜茸

(C):
1粒 洋葱,切片
4-5粒 小辣椒,切碎


适量盐
1杯 椰浆
*黄姜叶,切成丝(可选择不用)

做法:
1. 将切片鱿鱼和姜黄粉拌匀, 备用
2. 锅里烧热油, 放入材料 (B) 爆香
3. 拌入材料 (C)再继续拌炒
4. 加入黄姜鱿鱼以大火拌炒约一分钟
5. 倒入椰奶和盐拌均. 以中火煨直椰奶成奶油状及浓稠
6. 此时可将香茅头拿起. 拌入黄姜叶丝;盛起, 趁热享用

Ingredients :
(A):
500-600gm squid, cleaned & sliced
2/3 tbsp turmeric powder

(B):
2 stalks lemon grass, cleaned cut & smashed
1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic


(C):
1 onion, sliced
4-5 bird eyes chillies, chopped


1 cup coconut milk
salt to taste
* turmeric leaf, sliced thinly (optional)

Method :
1. combine sliced squid & turmeric powder and mix well.
2. preheat wok with enough cooking oil.
3. saute ingredients (B) until fragrant.
4. add in ingredients (C), continue cook for about one minute.
5. add in the squid and cook over high heat for another one minute.
6. pour in coconut milk & salt, and simmer over medium heat
until the coconut milk became thicken & creamy.
7. remove lemon grass. off the heat, stir in sliced turmeric leaf and
serve hot.
