韩式辣鸡翅 (Korean Spicy Chicken Wings)

味道不错的一道菜肴,只是依照食谱的辣椒酱份量对我来说辣了
点。食谱里用到的泡菜酱汁我也省略了。


食谱出自 My Kitchen

材料 (A):
6个 鸡翅
1大匙 麻油

材料 (B):
半杯水

腌料:
3大匙 Gochujang酱(辣椒酱)(可依个人口味加减)
1大匙 酱油
2小匙 料理酒 (我用米酒)
1小匙 姜末
1小匙 蒜茸
1/2 小茶匙 盐
适量糖


方法:

1. 鸡翼洗净,滴干水。加入腌料拌均,腌约30分钟
2. 煎锅烧热麻油,排入鸡翼煎至金黄色。(间中要翻面)
3. 把腌制鸡翼的汁料加入 (B) 料拌均倒入锅里
4. 加盖以小火焖至鸡翼熟透及汁收干

6 chicken wings, cleaned

B
1 tbsp sesame oil
½ cup water

Marinade:
3 tbsp gochujang (chili sauce/paste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp cooking wine
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
½ tsp salt or to taste
Pinch of sugar


Methods:
1. Put marinade ingredients into chicken wings, mix well and marinate
for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat pan, add in sesame oil. Pan fry chicken wings till browned
on both sides.
3. Add in liquid from marinating the chicken and water. Cover and
cook till the sauce reduce.
