黑到丑丑的巧克力馒头

把之前做的白馒头食谱做少许更改,做成了黑黑的巧克力馒头。虽然
其味道不如外面超市卖的巧克力馒头有浓浓的巧克力香味,可是它还
是不错吃。




材料:
270gm 水
5gm 即溶酵母
470gm 中筋面粉
30gm 可可粉
90gm 幼糖
5gm 粟米油


做法:

1. 先将水、即溶酵母混合,
2. 加入中筋面粉 ,可可粉,幼糖以及粟米油混合,搅拌成光滑面团。
3. 面团放在室温下松弛5分钟。
4. 将面团里的气泡压出, 把面团杆成长方形。
5. 将面团表面多余的粉刷掉,再均匀地刷上水。
6. 由面团的边缘紧密地卷起成圆柱体,再从面团中心部分向两边轻
轻搓数下,好让面团粗细均等。
7. 将面团切成10等份,放在包纸上,再排入蒸笼里进行最后发酵越
20分钟。
8. 锅里倒入冷水, 放入蒸笼.从冷水开始蒸起约 20分钟.

**之前食谱里的普通面粉的 570克用量,实为 470克.特此更正.

  2. Those sold outside uses choc paste, of which I find it to taste so synthetic.
    Nothing beats bakes and bread made with real cocoa powder.
    I'm definately bookmarking this!

  4. What a soft and fluffy black mantou you have. Are you using plain flour or hong kong flour (shown in early white mantou post)?
