到菜市场时买了水发鱿鱼,刚好可以让我煮 sambal 鱿鱼.
鱿鱼切成适量大小片,用热水川烫过.加入
sambal, 少许亚参汁和
适量调味料就可煮出一碟香辣的 sambal 鱿鱼了;再配上自制的
椰浆饭,水煮蛋和少许酥炸江鱼仔...呵呵...让人很难抗拒.
椰浆饭的制作我参考了
Sonia 的 蕉叶椰浆饭,我煮了半份.
2杯 白米
75毫升 椰浆
225 毫升水
2-3件 斑兰叶 (打结)
3/4小匙 盐
2片 姜
方法:
1.将白米洗净放入电饭煲内,加入盐和班兰叶
2.加入椰汁,水,姜和盐,浸泡30分钟
3.启动饭锅按钮将白米煮熟; 按钮跳换到“保暖”按钮时, 用叉子或
筷子将米饭刮松
4.食用前让椰浆饭继续留在饭锅内保暖.
