Ayam Pongteh

发觉最近很流行娘惹菜,经过书摊看到新出版的烹饪书也在欣娘
惹美食热潮。我也是在看了『小娘惹』这套电视剧后才对娘惹菜有
多一点的了解和兴趣。很矛盾的,娘惹菜里研磨香料这个步骤
还需要时间来培养耐性。嘿嘿。。。

这道菜肴的食谱是从Angel家探索得来的。因为我家里人多,我把
食谱煮双份。另外我还加入了三粒马铃薯和100gm的椰糖。

  5. Nyonya food is always very interesting and tasty especially those nyonya kuih-muih. I think so far Melaka has the best nyonya kuih!Only at Melaka old town not anywhere else.

  6. MLS:Yes, I agreed with you.I went there before but got no time to taste their nyonya kuih or dish, but only the Melaka chendol, it is really nice and delicious, strong favour with gula melaka.
