Honeycomb Cake (焦糖蛋糕)


最近接了几份焦糖蛋糕的订单。在制作时我也顺便多做一份给自
己和家人。可惜的是,我只吃了那么一片,其余的就放不到过夜
了。(因为给我家的贪吃鬼吃完了,哈哈!)


食谱分享:

250 gm 幼糖
230 gm 清水
150 gm 面粉
2 tsp 苏打粉
90 gm 炼奶
80 gm 牛油
5 蛋

1.面粉和苏打粉过筛,备用。
2.将一半的糖以小火煮至呈褐色,倒入清水煮至糖溶化。加入剩
余的糖,再煮至糖溶化。
3.将鸡蛋于一深碗内搅拌均匀,备用。
4.把牛油和炼奶搅拌均匀,慢慢加入蛋液。
5.把搅拌器调至低速度,慢慢加入粉类。
6.最后加入糖浆拌均。
7.将面糊倒入一个已涂油铺纸的9x6x3的烤盘,以160'C烤1小
时30分钟。

  1. 以前有吃过Honey Comb Cake,不懂是不是人家放的太多baking soda, 吃了有点怕怕。你的份量就少很多,应该很好吃。

  5. Anncoo:我不懂这个食谱里的苏打粉份量会否过多;但是在吃进嘴里时有很浓的牛油和焦糖味。或许你可以试做看看。

  10. 安妮:糖分看似很多,水的比例也不少。蛋糕出炉后吃起来并不甜的,你可以试做看看。

  11. Your honeycomb looks so delicious! I'm salivating. I've been keeping the recipe long long time ago and wanting to try it out soon. I like honeycomb too but unable to take too much of it. I think it's too sweet!
