Mixed Fruits Bread (杂果甜面包)

自从有了面包机这玩意儿出现在我家后,我对制作面包的兴致也
提升了.坦白说,自己还没有把这部面包机的功能完全探索出来,
所以还不是很上手.

日前,依照面包机附送的食谱尝试制作了两次面包, 可惜出来的
效果不是想像中的好,所以也不好意思post出来.

这个杂果甜面包是参考另一本食谱做出来的.出来效果还不错,
虽然面包顶端外皮有点烘焦了,可是还不至于会影响其口味.而
且家里的几个小肥猪三两下就吃光了.

Ingredients:

(A):
300gm bread flour
1 tbsp custard powder
6gm instant yeast
1/4 tsp salt
130gm cold water
1 egg
60gm sugar

(B):
35gm soft butter
120gm mixed fruits


1. Mix all dough ingredients (A) together in a mixing bowl until
a soft dough is formed.
2. Add in ingredients (B) continue to beat for another 15 minuets
3. Cover with cling wrap and leave to prove for 45 minuets
4. Roll the dough into rectangular size and put in a greased loaf pan
5.
Cover with cling wrap and leave to prove for another 30 minuets
6. Bush with beaten egg and bake in preheat oven at 180'C for 12
minuets or golden brown
