I'm not good in bread making. It's just a fun for me when I in
extreme depression and dull.
I've made these sambal ikan bilis buns because of I've found a
pack of bread flour in my fridge; And also the remaining of sambal
which was cooked by my brother.
I've take more time to let the dough proofing this time because
of the cloudy weather. The bun surface is not looks nice also
because I've over baked it.
