Steam Chicken with Essence of Chicken

最近这一个月整个人都觉得很懒,很没精神.身体里的懒虫累积得
越来越多了.有时下班回到家,整个人有如脱水般软软的,做什么
事都提不起劲.

就因为懒,所以就出现了这一道鸡精蒸鸡,即省时,省工外,可以
补身又补神.

1只 马来鸡
1瓶 白兰士鸡精
2 tbsp 枸杞, 浸软

调味料:
1 tbsp 绍兴酒
2 tbsp 耗油
1 tbsp 生抽
1/2 tsp 糖
1 tbsp 姜汁

1. 将马来鸡只洗净,崭块后置于蒸盘里.
2. 加入所有调味料和枸杞,拌均腌上半小时.
3. 水滚后以大火蒸 20-25分钟.
4. 将鸡精炖热, 倒在已蒸好的鸡只再拌均即可.
